Cancellation Policy
Out of respect for others and our professional time, 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of all on-site services. A fee of 50% will be charged for late cancellations (less than 24 hours prior to appointment). A 100% service charge will be applied for no shows or missed appointments. If the necessary forms are not completed prior to treatment, or if you arrive late, we will try our best to accommodate your full booking. If that is not possible however, you will be billed for the full cost of the original booking. If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment please email us directly at lonewolfcommunityhamilton@gmail.com. Please note that we do not accept cancellation requests through text message or voicemail. Please note, classes included in plans and clients using Prepaid Cards, or Gift Certificates for payment are also subjected to this policy. For clarification, any and all changes in the appointment (rescheduling, moving to another day, changing the duration or changes in the start time of the appointment) within the 24 hours window will be subjected to this policy.
