Lone Wolf Community - Terms of Use

1. Introduction
Welcome to Lone Wolf Community, a service-based company offering massage, reiki, and yoga in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

2. Service Information
Lone Wolf Community provides on and off-site massage, reiki, and yoga services. The availability of services may vary, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without notice.

3. Appointment Scheduling
Clients can schedule appointments through our website or by contacting our us directly. Appointments are subject to availability, and Lone Wolf Community reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments as necessary.

4. Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment is due at the time of service. Out of respect for others and our professional time, 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of all services. A fee of 50% will be charged for late cancellations (less than 24 hours prior to appointment). A 100% service charge will be applied for no shows or missed appointments. If the necessary forms are not completed prior to treatment, or if you arrive late, we will try our best to accommodate your full booking. If that is not possible however, you will be billed for the full cost of the original booking. If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment please email us directly at lonewolfcommunityhamilton@gmail.com. Please note that we do not accept cancellation requests through text message or voicemail.

Please note, classes included in plans and clients using Prepaid Cards, or Gift Certificates for payment are also subjected to this policy. For clarification, any and all changes in the appointment (rescheduling, moving to another day, changing the duration or changes in the start time of the appointment) within the 24 hours window will be subjected to this policy.
5. Code of Conduct
Clients are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner during all interactions with Lone Wolf Community staff. Any form of harassment or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.

Lone Wolf Community respects your privacy. All client information and records are kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
7. Liability
